Printing and Framing – Notes from September 26th, 2018

Post Series: Notes from Other Meetings

Printing and framing play an important role when we, as photographers, want to showcase our work. How do we navigate through the many available options and select the one that is right for us? We have partnered with a local Printing and Framing company to explore what they can offer to photographers who want to display their work as pieces of art.

Meeting Minutes

Date: September 26, 2018
Attendance: 24

This meeting focussed on Printing and Framing.

Featured presentation

We invited Framecraft Ltd., a company located in St.Catharines that specializes in printing and framing artwork, to give us an overview of their services.

Rose Ann Mancino and Janet Vriens talked about their family business, focussing on services that would be relevant to our group. They also provided a variety of finished pieces to illustrate the wide range of possibilities to enhance photography work, including printing on canvas and art paper.

Framing also brings pictures to life and the options are limitless. Framecraft Ltd. also thrives to keep cost down, making the final piece affordable.

We encourage members to check them out at www.framecraftltd.com and/or follow them on Facebook to see their current projects.
