Overall, a fun and learning evening!

Topic: "Seeing Art in Architecture" by Lauri Novak

    Talk description:

In the presentation “Seeing Art in Architecture,” Lauri will help you see the art in buildings and structures.

You’ll learn to use composition, shapes and other elements to improve your architectural photos.

    Bio:

Lauri Novak is an award-winning fine art photographer, photo tour guide, mentor and author. She has an eye for photographing unseen and unnoticed compositions and subjects.

Lauri is often asked, “How did you see that?” She works hard to show different perspectives, unique angles and the everyday details of various subjects.

Lauri’s photography reflects her perspective and personality. “I have always had a bit of a different way of looking at life. I’m not one to go along with the crowd or follow trends. My viewpoint and way of being have pushed through in my work.”
