Our Mission

The Grimsby Photo Group provides a platform to all amateur photographers who are interested in sharing and learning from one another in a non-competitive and friendly environment. It is a fun and casual group, where participants enjoy sharing their interest in all types and aspects of photography.

Group History

Started in June 2016, The Grimsby Photo Group was at first a timid gathering of photo amateurs who were willing to share their love of photography. As time went by, attendance grew and the Group could no longer meet in tight quarters. A larger venue was found and meetings were held there until the end of 2017.

In 2018, the Group secured a new meeting place: Grimsby Town Hall Council Chambers. This bright and beautiful space is fully equipped for audience presentations and offers plenty of free parking.
